PhiusCon 2023 Conference

The conference was attended by Michael Jemtrud and Thomas King.

They delivered a presentation entitled “Building capacity for mass deep energy retrofit in Quebec: A systems perspective.”

The presentation described Reconstruct's proposed strategy for scaling up DERs in Quebec. It outlined the role and structure of a proposed intermediary agency that would facilitate the realization of DERs in the early phases of this process.
